well i stayed the same this week was a lil gutted but half expecting it as i had a fab loss last week and my leader said i did really well to maintain my loss with such a big loss coz most people tend to put on, our bodys doo strange things when we try and lose weight!!
went out last night and drank and drank came home had a cheese sandwich (oh dear) slept 12'shrs and still felt like poo lol i stepped on the scales to see the damage but it hadnt moved i stayed the same but why is it when we feel like poo we need crap to feel better salads dont do anything! so i know i have gone over my points today so off to the gym tommo to try and burn half of it off!!
hope that hasnt given me too much damage now as i would like a loss this week
exercise here we come!! :)
